As a community interest company, we work to nurture and support communities of young women, providing guidance, practical tools and resources in preparation for transitional phases. Built on the principle of empowerment, we create positive experiences to encourage progression, high aspirations and self confidence, helping women to thrive through to their full potential.
We facilitate workshops, support forums, wellbeing drop-in sessions and education and employment advocacy
Our community of experienced mentors provide advice and guidance aimed at raising aspirations, building confidence and enabling personal growth. Mentors specialise in a range of fields and are matched on the basis of individual need
We host a range of community based events that enable safe spaces for women to share experiences, network and identify opportunities for personal growth

The Found(Her)
Have you thought about setting up your own business but not too sure where or how to start? The Found(Her) programme will support you to get up and running in o time. Your coach will work with you to develop a clear strategy, work out your business plan and identify opportunities of focus for your business.
